Corkscrew Vine
Vigna caracalla

'Corkscrew Vine'  might just have one of the prettiest and most
unusual flowers of all the annual vines. This vine does not bloom
in our Pennsylvania zone 6 garden until  mid-August, but it is
worth the wait.  The  flowers give off a hyacinth scented
fragrance that is amazing. 'Corkscrew Vine' does the best in full
sun.  Last year I tried planting it in a spot with too much
afternoon shade and the plant did have a few blooms, but looked
thin and not very attractive.

Full Sun Annual
