| Alternanthera - Purple Knight |
Many varieties of Alternanthera can be great accent plants and 'Purple
Knight' is no exception. This plant with the dark purple burgundy foliage
draws your eye into the garden. It is very easy to grow and will get
bushy by the end of the summer. This year I trimmed it up a bit in August
because it was getting a little too wide for the space. I normally grow
this plant in full sun. This plant can be used in a large container. It gives
the container a great look but will need occasional trimming..
