Gomphrena - Globe Amaranth Varieties
This year the flower to plant in the garden has to be 'Fireworks'
Gomphrena. This variety of globe amaranth is much taller than the others.
The flower is different from the other varieties and is on a long wiry stem. I
have received many positive comments from customers who have
purchased 'Fireworks' the last two years. Very pretty in the garden. All
these varieties of Gomphrena require full sun. These flowers are easy to
dry and make nice everlastings.
'Fireworks'- Ht. 3 to 4 feet, Wide- 1 to 2 feet, 1 inch blooms
'Strawberry Fields','Purple','Bi-color Rose'- Ht. 2 feet
