Vegetables
Eggplant-
'Fairy Tale'- Sweet, bitter-free eggplants have an elongated shape, with lavender  
coloring and white stripes.  Great Ornamental.  63 days to harvest

'Mangan'- Japanese variety that has glossy, very dark purple fruit, averaging 4" x 1 1/2".
High yielding and early. Great for cooking and pickling. 60 days to harvest

Beans-
'Bush Blue Lake 47'- Heavy producer over a long season.  Upright, medium-thick pods
that are plump and tasty and reach a length of 6 inches.  58 days to harvest

Peppers-
'Northstar'- outstanding producer of medium to large size sweet bell pepper.  One of the
first peppers to turn from green to mature red.  65 days to harvest

'Red Knight'- A sweet bell pepper with big, blocky fruits. 57 days green, 77 days to red
ripe/harvest

'Italian Sweet'- Produces a heavy set of 7" long, conical, thick walled, very sweet peppers
that turn red very quickly.  70 days to harvest

'Big Bomb'- This is an early maturing, heavy yielding, hot, cherry-type pepper.  Strong
upright plants produce lots of strawberry shaped 2 inch fruits that turn from green to
bright red.  65 days to harvest

'Ancho Magnifico'- This is one of the large anchos (4 to 6 1/2" long). Thick walled fruits
turn from green to bright red, for a  classic poblano flavor.  This is considered a hot
pepper, but not the hottest around.  75 days to harvest

'Bulgarian Carrot'- This hot pepper plant will produce clusters of peppers that are 3 1/2"
long and ripen from green to fluorescent orange.  This pepper has an intense fruity
flavor, which finishes hot. Great for salsas or roasting.  70-80 days to harvest

'El Jefe'- A jalapeno pepper with the best combination of earliness and high yield. Fruits
average 3-4"  A bit thinner and longer than most jalapenos.   67 days green,   90 days red
ripe/harvest    

Cucumbers
'Diva'- Looks like a regular salad cucumber but with a much smoother, thin, no-peel skin.
Tender, crisp, sweet, bitter-free and seedless when harvested small about the size of a
pickle.   58 days to harvest

'Tasty Jade' - Early, slender Japanese cucumber.  Vigorous, high-yielding plants produce
glossy, thin-skinned, 11-12" long fruit with crispy fresh flavor.  
Trellising is
recommended for straight fruit.
  54 days to harvest

Zucchini
'Plato' - Fruits are shiny dark green and have resistance to zucchini yellow mosaic virus
and other zucchini viruses.  48 days to harvest
Basil- 7 varieties: Lime, Mrs. Burns Lemon, Genovese,
